What is the CaratStyle 30 Day Exchange Policy?
This policy is not applicable on gold coins/bars, Solitaires and jewellery above INR 1, 00,000. Any sign of wear and tear makes the Exchange policy null and void; we will not be able to accept the return if an entity other than CaratStyle has altered it. Once we receive the product from you a quality assurance process including hallmarking and certification to take place after which the final status is released.
